Donate

Donations from individuals are vital to VST as an organisation. With solid backing from a core band of loyal supporters underpinning our finances we can then seek substantial funding from large funders. So donating even a small amount can make an enormous difference.

Fundraise

There are many types of events you can organise or be a part of to raise funds and awareness for VST, and we really do appreciate your efforts. Fundraising helps bring people together, and it needn't be daunting. It is really surprising how family, friends, colleagues and associates will be only too happy to show their support by providing sponsorship or helping to get things organised. VST will be pleased to provide the support you need to make your fundraising effective and straightforward as possible. Please contact us to request our fundraising guide.

Volunteer

Do you have a few spare hours a week? Whether you are looking for work experience or just simply wanting to help, we would really appreciate your support. We need help in database management, fundraising and other activities.

Leave a gift in your Will

Including VST in your will is an opportunity to support our work into the future with a donation that you may not have been able to afford in your lifetime.  A gift such as this will not only help ensure our work in India with the poorest and most disadvantaged continues in years to come, it can be the very gift that can help us to launch new services and programmes to address pressing needs and issues of the future.

Give a grant

Charitable trusts and foundations play a vital role in underpinning our core work together with helping us in developing and establishing new programmes.  One-off grants have enabled our partners to purchase crucial resources, for example land for an environmental resource centre, whilst multi-year grant awards have helped us to establish long term projects which can transform whole communities.

Campaign

Campaigning is an important aspect of our approach to achieving long lasting change for Dalits, women, indigenous people and other marginalised groups in rural India. VST and its partners help ensure disadvantaged communities secure a meaningful voice through establishing and supporting campaigning by women's self-help groups, panchayat solidarity committees, associations of HIV positive people and Dalit activist organisations.
